I was initially horrified to find so many people had trouble, and worried about upgrading, but it seems many of the negative reviews are focussed solely on the drawbacks of the subscription payment model Microsoft haved moved to.

I dont like that payment model either, but making as much money as you can from the people who want your products is part of the capatilist free-market system we live in I guess.

I dont like it, but its a fact of life and not the fault of the software.
